At 10:30am, we finally landed at Schipol Airport in Amsterdam. After a short train ride to Central Station, we boarded a tram to take us to our home for the week, a houseboat on the canal. We had to wait until 2PM until we could check in so we wandered around the city. The weather was fantastic so we walked along the many canals that surrounded us
By the time it was 2pm, we were exhausted. We finally got to check into our boat. It was just as described in the Internet. The canal it’s parked on is quite busy with canal tour boats and leisure boaters. Tons to see from our living windows!
