Friday was our final day in Nashville but It was 34 degrees, so it was too hot to walk around outside. We ended up spending the day shopping in all its air conditioned glory. We ended up in the Opry Mills mall.
Our final dinner was spent back on Broadway Street, which is where we started the whole trip. Broadway Street on Friday night was so much busier than a weekday. The sidewalks were so packed that it was difficult to get anywhere. We picked up our last minute souvenirs and headed back to the house to finish packing.
Our flights home were in the morning but a couple hours apart. We all went to the airport together and I flew out first. My intention was to meet up with Mom and Dad in Toronto but unfortunately, Air Canada and Westjet live in completely different terminals so we didn’t see each other there.
That’s one more successful trip for the books!
